State licensed and certified, each massage therapist has at least 750 hours of training. We believe in continued education and all of our qualified massage therapists take regular refresher courses.
Upon arrival you will be given a consultation which will address any concerns that you may have. It will also enable your therapist to determine what therapy is best for your particular body and skin type. If it is your first visit we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your session so that you can fill out our new client intake form.

Whatever your body type we have a therapy that is right for you. Opt for a couples massage, or book an appointment for Swedish which is what we recommend for our first time clients. If you have had a massage before, you might like to try our Heavy Handed Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. Other treatments include Hot Stone Therapy, Raindrop and Pre and Postnatal. Our Professional Bodywork Strategies allow your therapist to work on specific areas of the body. This therapy is wonderful for sore and damaged muscles.

If you have been feeling overly stressed, try our European Facial. Your esthetician will steam, extract, cleanse and exfoliate. This is followed by a rejuvenating mask. The final step of our European Facial is a neck and face massage which will leave you feeling completely relaxed. Our La Vita Facial Treatment is one of the signature facials at our Fremont spa. Vita means life in Italian and that is exactly what this therapy will do for your skin. Your face will be invigorated after we steam, cleanse, extract, hydrate and exfoliate. After the volcanic mud eye masque and hand scrub you will feel amazing. Also included is a neck, face, scalp and shoulder massage. Even if you do not have time for a full treatment, you can still recharge your batteries. Come in for a Mini Facial which will have you feeling better in no time. As well as steam and exfoliation you will receive aromatherapy and a mini neck and face massage. Add on treatments include aromatherapy, hand and foot scrubs or an eye mask with lava mud.
