Lifetime Warranty
Custom Craftworks guarantees the structure of our portable tables against defects in materials & craftsmanship to the original purchaser. Custom Craftworks foams carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects for 5 years and their fabrics for 3 years. Stationary table warranty is 10 years. On-site chairs, 5years; most accessories,2 years; sewn goods, 90 days; Gel-Packs, 180 days. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper setup, accidents, misuse and/or tears or cracks in the upholstery. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the table at Custom Craftworks’ discretion.
