I have had several of the available treatments from several people there over the years. I was sorry for Olivia to leave, but found Krystyna to be a very good substitute.

Best customer service ever! I never knew about this place until shopping around for a gift certificate for a friend’s mother for Mother’s Day. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon this place. I grew up in Fremont and never knew about this place. I’ll tell anyone and everyone that this is the best place to go to for any kind of personal treatment. Tina, the owner, deserves a huge pat on the back. We were having trouble getting the email confirmation over to my friend’s mom so she took the time to not only hand deliver the certificate, but picked out a beautiful bouquet all on her own to hand to my friend’s mom. Amazing! Tina should be recognized for her customer service and loyalty and dedication to her clients. Though every boutique owner should take notes on her service, if every place had her attitude, this place wouldn’t stand out very much as it should. 100% would buy from them again. Fremont Massage needs to be acknowledged more. Well done, Tina!

I wanted to do a Spa Party for my sister’s bridal shower so I did a lot of internet searches for mobile spa services. I could not find anything good and reasonably priced in the area. I decided to settle for just chair massages. I called various massage centers in Fremont to see if anyone did chair massages. Finally, I received a call back from Tina, the manager, and I was so happy to hear that not only can they do chair massages but also hand and feet paraffin wax and facials. My Spa theme was back on!!!
Tina had me come to the office and gave me a trial of the individual hand paraffin wax and hand massage. I signed up for the party the same day. I was having around 30-40 guests so I asked for two people for 2 hours.
The day of the bridal shower went well. I thought my guests would be shy and not want everything done but I was wrong. My guests absolutely loved the chair massages, paraffin wax and hand and feet massages. Only a few people had the facials because of their make-up. I had to ask Tina to stay a bit longer to make sure all my guests received the services they wanted and thankfully she did.
The bridal shower/spa party was wonderful. It was exactly what I wanted, relaxing and different! Thank you Tina and Patti

I decided, on short notice, that I wanted to try getting a massage on the morning before I expected to be working all night. I was lucky, and Tina was able to get me into their schedule within 15 minutes. I got the 1-hr Swedish, since I haven’t had regular massages in a long time. Tina got the kinks out of my calves and shoulders, but also found arms and hands that were tight from recent extra computer work!
After the massage, I went home for a 3-hour nap, and plenty to drink. A good thing, too, since the all-night work event turned into a 23-hour day, mainly on my feet! Thanks to the massage, I got through it all feeling pretty good still!
I need to make this more of a habit, and the evening hours will help. Great value for the work done!

I had a very nice experience here. My massage was great, I didn’t want it to end ! The place was clean with a pleasant Italian Tuscan style decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, I also liked that they have different creams and other products available for purchase. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.
By the way, JW Marriott charges way too much when I can just go Fremont Massage and still get an excellent massage.

I’ve been going to Heidi regularly for couple of years, and she is a superb massage therapist! She is strong and does a firm Swedish massage which REALLY helps with my medical problems. She is also a wonderful, kind, and interesting person. I look forward to seeing her for the relief it brings and for the friendly chat we always have. She’s just the best, and I recommend her highly. I have gone to other places because I have received gift certificates as gifts but Christina at Fremont Massage is still the best. The deep tissue massage is outstanding! The ambiance is calming and tranquil. I generally have intense upper back and neck pain, and it takes a Mac truck to get my muscles to relax. After 60 minutes of deep tissue massage, I was able to turn my neck without pain for the first time in months. I will most definitely go back!

If you live in Fremont and ultra-high pressure, deep tissue work is what you need, there is no reason to mickey-mouse around going elsewhere. I’m sure they do well with the relaxation work too although I always ask for maximum pressure. When I started coming here I could not walk without enormous pain. I’m working out now and that helps greatly to keep loose, but my sessions here continue to help a lot. I usually book with Heidi but all the therapists there are great. The front desk and entire staff are very nice to say the least.

I found this place through Google and called to book a couples massage for my husband and I on a Friday night. It was our first time there and I wasn’t sure we could arrive at the time they requested since I was coming from San Leandro. They were very accommodating and gave me a half-hour window to arrive. This might have been because we were the last massage of the evening – nonetheless, it was great to have the extra few minutes.
The place was clean and relaxing. Staff was very friendly – everyone that walked past us greeted and welcomed us. Our massages were great – my husband didn’t want to get up from the massage table! We will definitely return!

I highly recommend them for everyone. Mostly for the care they have given me toward my difficult recovery. By the way, Heidi is the best. I hesitate to mention her because she is so good that her schedule gets booked fast. You will need to schedule a massage from her in advance.

I’ve been an on again, off again client at Fremont Massage & Skincare for over 5 years now but have been most frequently during the past 2 years. While working on my doctorate degree, which include a trip across the country once a month, I had more than one occasion where the stress of travel and school made a massage a required activity. I could call at the last minute and the team would get me right in. I can honestly say their customer care and massage services helped me successfully survive my program. I certainly feel much better after a visit!

My personal experience with the therapist Cristina who administered a deep tissue massage did more for me than any and all massages I have had in the past. I’ve been going to Fremont Massage for 15 months and can unreservedly recommend it. When I first started going there I had severe asthma and was on a steroid inhaler and tablets twice a day. The massage therapist did such an extraordinary job that I haven’t used the inhaler or tablets since that first visit. I attribute it to doing a tremendous job of ridding my body of toxins. This has turned me into a huge believer in the therapeutic benefits of weekly massage.
When I left the facility after my first visit, my lungs and chest felt as if they had 10 times the expansion and capacity than before I went in. I no longer felt as if I had an iron band constricting my breathing. Every time I have a massage there, the well-being and lightness I feel lasts from a week to ten days.
I’ve had massages from several of the staff and they have all been consistently good. My favorite now is Olivia who not only gives an excellent massage but also creates a very restful atmosphere.
Fremont Massage is very well run with a pleasant, professional staff. The facility itself is nicely decorated and very, very clean. It is in a nondescript shopping center (next to 24 Hour Fitness) so it takes a bit of searching out.

So I was feeling very tense due to long work hours and let us face it: LIFE. A friend suggested Fremont Massage & Skincare. I must admit I was very reluctant to get a massage because who wants to take their clothes off for a stranger. But my therapist was fabulous, I never been uncomfortable or embarrassed. In fact the whole experience is probably, next to exercise, the best thing I do for myself. Unlike many, due to the long hours I spend typing, I most enjoy having my arms and fingers massaged to improve the circulation and tension. So my therapist changes things up to allow more time for this area. And my therapist always asks me about any special area before my massage and the pressure level is perfect because the therapist was communicates with me.
Now my Mom is a massage connoisseur and loves Fremont Massage & Skincare, she loves massage so much she has one each week and on holiday likes to try find new places and massage types. So a few years ago when Mom came for a visit I scheduled her a massage. When she was done her first words to me “I really wish I could have stayed for another hour”. Mom then proceeded to schedule a massage all the rest of the days of her trip. And of course now requires that I schedule her a massage for every trip to Fremont. As for her therapist she worked with during her trip she says they all have been great.

Love This place! I’ve never had a massage before, but ever since i started going to Fremont Massage, I love getting one every other month if I can.
It’s very clean and professional. The prices are decent. What i like the most is they actually give you 1 full hour. Not like other places that I hear say it’s an hour but turns out to be 40 minutes. The massage was great! very relaxing. I went to Irma or Heidi and both are wonderful. Very professional. If you want to talk they will chat with you but if you just want to relax and not talk they will respect that.
I also tried their Facials, Very relaxing. If you haven’t had a facial you’ll have to try one with Irma she is great!

Over the years I’ve become somewhat of an addict for a good massage. I’ve had them in the U.S. and other countries, the most recent being the Kingdom of Tonga. I’ve found that there are a lot of different ways to do the job and create the environment in which it’s done.
I’ve lived in this part of Fremont for over 20 years, but had never ran into this place as it’s tucked away in a small shopping complex (turns out that there is a gym there also, which is something else I was looking for). What also helped in finding the place was the owner Tina, who just happens to live across the street from me and who mentioned her business in casual conversation.
I decided to give it a try and was quite pleased that I did. I had a one hour Swedish massage from Emma. I found the total experience to be great! I really enjoyed the overall ambiance of the environment and the attention to detail. I also like that there is a menu of alternative massage methods to try out.
I would highly recommend this place for first timers and those with experience who are looking for a good place for a massage.

I LOVED IT! The whole experience was perfect! I called on a Monday to schedule a massage for Wednesday (my birthday) and was thrilled that there was an opening. I got the Wwedish massage and Irma did an excellent job! I have Fibromyalgia, so I have LOTS of pain throughout my body and some areas can take more pressure than others – Irma took all of this into consideration and took great care of me. The facility is very clean and inviting. It was quiet and peaceful. Also, I arrived on time, but there was some brief paperwork to do for first-time customers which took me about 5 minutes, then another 5 minutrs to get ready for the service… I was afraid that I wouldn’t get my FULL
1 1/2 hours that I signed up for because I knew Irma was supposed to be off at 2:30…. However, to my delight, she gave me the FULL time and even stayed beyond her time so she could finish the service without rushing me. Thanks Irma!
I left there with a euphoric feeling – It was one of the BEST presents I ever gave myself! I will definitely be going back on a regular basis!
Also, the receptionist was very professional and friendly from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I left after the massage. Both she and Irma commented how much they enjoyed working there – Irma said it was like family. I could certainly feel that they were happy to be there and they wanted me to feel the same way.
Maybe next time, I will get a facial too! I’m an Esthetician, but it’s not as relaxing to give yourself a facial!! ha, ha!
I could go on and on about this place, but I will just get to the bottom line….. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!
